Terms of Service

These Terms govern the digital services provided by SOLVANIA LLC to our clients. By purchasing a service or package, you agree to these Terms.
Services
SOLVANIA LLC provides digital setup services for contractors and home service businesses, including websites, Google Business Profile setup, directory listings, local SEO, review tools, job photo editing, video packs, WhatsApp Business setup, estimate and invoice templates, brand kits, and checkout and invoicing setup. Each service has a fixed price and a defined scope, confirmed in writing before work begins. Packages include two rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
All services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping. Typical turnaround is a few business days per service, confirmed with you before work begins. We keep you updated on progress and delivery timelines.
Payment
Services are billed as one time project fees. There are no subscriptions and no monthly fees. For projects of $1,000 or more, we may bill in two milestones: a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery. Third party costs such as domain registration or directory fees are the client's responsibility and are billed at cost.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, access and information we need to deliver your project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines. You are responsible for your own trade licenses, permits and insurance. SOLVANIA LLC provides digital services only and does not advise on licensing, permits or legal matters.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables and all accounts we set up in your name. SOLVANIA LLC does not hold or receive funds on behalf of your customers. Any payments from your customers are processed through accounts owned by you.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
